În traducere, acest termen înseamnă „recondiționat” și poate fi aplicat oricărui produs, fie din domeniul IT sau altul.
refurbished = recondiționat
Produsele reconditionate sunt produse uzate, dar care trec printr-un proces tehnic anume, pentru a fi readuse la starea de functionare ca noi.
