Ce înseamna #refurbished
În traducere, acest termen înseamnă „recondiționat” și poate fi aplicat oricărui produs, fie din domeniul IT sau altul.
refurbished = recondiționat
Produsele reconditionate sunt produse uzate, dar care trec printr-un proces tehnic anume, pentru a fi readuse la starea de functionare ca noi. Aceasta este cea mai mare diferență între un produs „second hand” și un produs „refurbished / recondiționat”. În timp ce un produs „la mâna a doua” este un produs la mâna a doua, fără garanție și care nu a trecut prin nicio procedură de testare sau recondiționare.
Politica de achiziții a marilor companii sau instituții impune înlocuirea periodică a echipamentelor pentru a asigura accesul la cele mai noi tehnologii. Astfel, acest echipament, care este de înaltă calitate, de cele mai multe ori în stare perfectă de funcționare, dar folosit, ajunge la brokerii IT second-hand, iar de la acești brokeri ajunge la recondiționari.
